- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff is always friendly, and parking is great. Probably the best time to come here would be from 9:30 to 11 a.m., then again from around 1 p.m. to 3 pm. Everything in between tends to get busy. The wait usually isn't too bad. I remember going to pay my bill in person, and one guy was in the DMV line testing out different license plate ideas. The clerk sat with him for about 5 minutes running through at least 10 different options.January 24, 2017by Massimo B
