- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Why is it that no offices seem to answer their phones? I did not "experience a brief delay" as last week I was put on hold for 45 minutes, 45 minutes and 30 minutes at the Northridge Office and still never spoke to someone. I had to drive to the office to get my appointment. I can assure you that none of the receptionists were on the phone. They explained it was because of the new computer system. Unacceptable! Today I was placed on hold for close to 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment with a Porter Ranch doctor to whom I was referred. However, the referral hasn't yet been processed so now I am on hold hell with utilization review. I am seriously considering getting a new doctor when it's time to re-enroll in October.September 07, 2017by Ria Snoek
