  If I could give this a 0 I would. I wanted to find a new dentist office and they had me fill out an app and told me I was going to not be charge anything to see about getting my credit approved for work done on .y teeth. I told them I did not want to.be charged and they told me I would not without authorization. So I chose not too because it seemed really expensive and when I went there someone was upset because they were upset because they had an appointment a long time ago and we're sitting in the office. They charged me through a bank monthly for work I never got done! I never even got an x-ray!!! Nothing and they continue to be unprofessional. I went to the office to tell them to fix it and they said they would. They didn't I kept getting charged each month for fake teeth or veneers which I never got done and now I'm still trying to fight this. They have blown me off because they know they are wrong. They don't seem like they know what they're doing either. I have been up there trying to fight this case for a year now and there are still a lobby full of upset people. They seem.unorganized and that doctor Alex is a real prick he's rude and should not be a doctor of any kind. I'm not even sure if his English is up to par. I would.never go here! This place should be shut down and everyone there should never work in the dental industry. MAD SCAMMERS!!! And the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.
