- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't waste your time. Called the office May 10th, scheduled an appointment for May 27th. Did not receive a courtesy call and now I know why. When I went to the office today, they told me they had no record of my appointment. The "doctor" herself sat there and patronisingly lied to my face saying this has never happened before, I must've called another office. I told her I double checked my phone record the night before to make sure I went to the right office as I'd called several Drs on the 10th. She still refused to accept any responsibility for her incompetent staff. I wish I could attach the screen shot from my phone showing the 2 calls to her office were the last calls I placed on the 10th. So come here if you want to have your appointment ignored and then be lied to by the so-called Dr.October 31, 2017by Katherine Bowyer
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While the staff and the doctor are beyond gushy and sweet, do your due diligence BEFORE coming here. Dr Z requires so many tests BEFORE helping you and your insurance may not pay for them at all. Her office asks for the hefty consultation fee before they even ask for your insurance. I didn't know any of this and paid $220 for nothing. Ugh.September 18, 2017by jill hughes
