- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My father was in Dr. Hakimian's care at Marina Del Rey Hospital. He passed away nearly 1 1/2 months ago and Dr. Hakimian has refused to sign a death certificate even though my father was in his care. Without a death certificate my father's body cannot be released to be cremated. This is pure laziness and an ego play on Dr. Hakimian's part. It is terribly insensitive to the family.
