- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made an appt for the San Fernando Valley location. Someone made a mistake and scheduled us for Culver City. I offered to leave the Valley office and drive to Culver City, but they said they were too busy. They were not very nice about it at all. The receptionist in the Valley didn't even ask the vet if they could squeeze us in for a consult. They already had xrays from our referring vet.
